EARN Program

Join Our Team

Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on children’s lives? We’re seeking skilled professionals to join our growing network and help us provide exceptional therapy services to kids in your community.

HOW CAN WE PAY YOU MORE?
The EARN program pays therapists more than they can earn at other places because EARN Therapists are independent contractors working in thier own community. This means our overhead is low because we are not paying rent on a building. EARN Therapists have some other unique responsibilities. Take a look at the “what you have to provide” section below. At Therapy 4 Kids, we believe in supporting our therapists so they can focus on what they do best: providing outstanding care. We offer a unique partnership that combines professional autonomy with administrative ease.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
  • Competitive Compensation: We are committed to offering higher compensation than you are currently receiving, recognizing your expertise and dedication.
  • Reduced Administrative Burden: Say goodbye to endless paperwork! We handle all the time-consuming administrative tasks, including:
    • Securing Prescriptions and Referrals: We manage the process of obtaining necessary physician prescriptions and referrals.
    • Comprehensive Billing & Invoicing: We take care of all billing to insurance companies, Medicaid, and direct invoicing to parents.
    • Insurance & Medicaid Credentialing: We manage the entire credentialing process, getting you set up with major insurance providers and Medicaid so you can focus on treating.
  • Streamlined Documentation: Access to our user-friendly electronic progress note program for efficient and organized record-keeping, accessible from anywhere.
  • Resource Sharing: We understand the importance of having the right tools. We offer test kits for therapists to borrow. Please note: If you live a significant distance, you may need to have your own test kits for convenience and immediate access.
  • Marketing Tools: we can provide you with business cards, flyers etc… and give you tips on how to find new clients.
WHAT YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE AND DO:
  • Be Your Own Boss: Enjoy the flexibility of a 1099 contract position, allowing you to set your own schedule and manage your caseload.
  • Shape Your Practice: You will have the responsibility and freedom to find and build your own caseload of children to treat, allowing you         to serve the community you wish to impact.
  • Choose Your Treatment Environment: You will be responsible for securing your own suitable treatment space, whether it’s in the child’s          home, a public space, a space you rent, or another appropriate setting that works for you and the children you treat.
  • Curate Your Materials: You will be responsible for providing your own treatment materials specific to your therapeutic approach and the        needs of your clients.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking licensed and passionate therapists who are:
  • Highly motivated and self-driven.
  • Dedicated to providing evidence-based, child-centered therapy.
  • Excellent communicators and collaborators.
  • Committed to ongoing professional development.
  • Comfortable with independent practice while benefiting from our administrative support.
Important Considerations for 1099 Contract Therapists:
As a 1099 contract employee, it’s important to understand the following:
  • No Employee Benefits: This is an independent contractor position, and as such, no traditional employee benefits (e.g., health insurance,          paid time off, retirement plans) are provided.
  • Professional Liability Coverage: You will be required to carry your own professional liability insurance to protect yourself and your                    practice.
  • Background Checks: Therapists will be required to undergo and clear background checks as part of our commitment to child safety.
  • Tax Responsibilities: As a 1099 contractor, you are responsible for your own self-employment taxes. This is not difficult but we                          recommend consulting with a tax professional to understand your obligations.
